Goodwin Hospitality was founded in 1999 and provides services to help businesses measure key internal and customer metrics. As Goodwin Hospitality started to attract attention from clients outside of the hospitality industry, CustomerProphet was formed to bring our expertise to industries like banking, movie theaters, car washes and more!
